KINESPHERE is a weekend of dance, anatomy, and movement flow. We’ll dive deep into principles, research, and knowledge base from the Axis Syllabus. Inspired by Frey Faust & the international community of teachers, this workshop will include self-sensing, movement meditations, flow-based dancing, biomechanics, and partner work. Suitable for those with a movement, dance, or exercise practice. Open to all levels.
