A ballet class for every body! All movers are welcome in this supportive and community-oriented learning space. We will approach ballet technique and practice with curiosity, moving at a gentle but enlivening pace through barre, center, and traveling phrases. Embodiment, breath, grounding, connectivity, ease, and joy will be emphasized. You are invited to wear any comfortable clothing or footwear such as socks or ballet slippers.
