All this started with the Birthday wish of 418 Project ally, Janine. Janine believes in the Mission of The 418 Project and wanted to celebrate her birthday while contributing to something larger... The Emerald Ball is a Costume Party, a chance to meet new friends, and celebrate Allyship. Come as your favorite Wicked or Wizard of Oz personality, create your own version (or just wear some green!)
